Chef Michael's culinary interest began with his parents. They emphasized creativity in the kitchen, exploration while dining out and offered a new way to look at food and its raw ingredients.
After aquiring his Bachelor's degree in Business, he continued to pursue a career in hospitality. From hosting to bussing, barbacking to banquet serving, learning the nuances of bartending and managing the front of house operations, he decided to get a taste of the back of the house and chose to study culinary in Florence, Italy. Having the privelege of travelling to parts abroad, his life has been dedicated to hospitality as well as the creation and discovery of something TRULY delicious.
